They are great! Always easy to reach and happy to help. I had a mattress that was giving me back pain because it had worn out a bit and they replaced straight away.
I think the cleaning service and the fact they provide eco friendly household products really made them stand out as well.
They also have an amazing handyman Matthew who is really friendly and sorts out any minor problems in the house in an efficient and professional manner (big love to Matthew).
